We designed the card game to be flexible in use. How long you play depends on your goal, the time you have, and how deep you want to go with your team.<\/p>\n

With fifteen minutes, the instruction sheet helps you gain initial insights and spot which micromoments stand out. If you have thirty minutes, you can use habit-building principles to decide together which micromoments are doable and impactful. Ready to really work on behavior? Take forty-five minutes. You\u2019ll learn how to turn micromoments into sticky habits. All necessary instructions are included in every card set.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n
