Within her work in diversity, equity and inclusion, Emmalotte focuses on sustainable behavioural change. Based on the conviction that inclusion becomes visible in small, everyday choices, she co-wrote the book Micromomenten \u2013 Kleine acties die teams groot maken<\/em> with Esther Mollema.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In 2025, Emmalotte was selected for the talent programme of Red Pers, which collaborates with DPG Media. As a Zeitgeist editor, she wrote about topics including nostalgia in our listening habits, knowledge influencers and our Calvinist tendency to schedule even our leisure time efficiently.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Emmalotte has carried out assignments for organisations including Abbott, SADC, TU Delft, Gasunie and ABN AMRO. Together with Esther, she is also co-host of the podcast Zij aan Zet. During the workshop, participants learn how to use that influence consciously to strengthen connection, engagement and collaboration.
