Empower Her

This training builds on our previous female leadership programmes, but has been sharpened content-wise to reflect the reality of young female professionals. The structure and proven modules remain, but are deepened and adapted to the questions and challenges faced by women with up to approximately five years of work experience.

An important reason to train this target group separately is that we can respond more directly to the conversations that are especially relevant in this phase, while also giving participants the space to actually have those conversations.

Duration: Tailored. From 8 to 12 hours, for example 1 full training day and 1 half-day follow-up session.

Programme

1. Drivers, ambitions & identity

Before we zoom out, we zoom in on the participants themselves. Do they already have a sense of what they are truly good at? We explore what drives them and where they want to grow in their careers. This forms the basis we return to throughout the training.

2. The influence of gender on your career

In this section, we introduce participants to the facts about how unconscious bias works in 2026. By using research and cases, participants gain insight into the system they are also part of and want to learn to navigate. What is specific to the experience of young women in today’s organisations? Which unwritten rules apply, and how do you deal with them?

3. Integration and action

The training ends with reflection. Participants explore how they can translate the insights they have gained into concrete goals and daily behaviour. They learn how to increase their visibility without overcompensating. Participants leave with a personal action plan.

4. Networking

During the training, participants expand their network of female talent. In addition, we encourage organisations to involve other female talent in the training. For example, this could take the form of successful colleagues sharing their career stories, offering a few key lessons and/or joining a networking moment connected to the training.
