Become more inclusive in just 30 seconds a day.
Sometimes all you need is that one little push to really get moving. The Becoming More Inclusive In 30 Seconds A Day Challenge is designed to help you and your team not just understand micromoments, but actually do them
For six weeks, you’ll receive practical tips, reminders, and mini-assignments via WhatsApp. All in bite-sized messages you can read in 30 seconds, just long enough to change behavior, just short enough to stick with it.
What you learn
You’ll learn how to negotiate with your inner saboteur, how to deal with fluctuating motivation, how to cleverly embed your chosen micromoments into your routine, and how to bring your team along in your mission.
But you’ll also start to see the bigger picture: the role habits already play in your organization, and how much quiet influence they have on inclusion. Because habits are contagious. They spread unnoticed and faster than policy, carving out the shortcut path where real culture change begins.
And if you hit a roadblock during the challenge? No problem. We’re here to think along with you. This method isn’t about discipline or willpower, it’s about smart design. If a habit isn’t sticking yet, it’s usually not you, it’s how the habit was built. By choosing the right ingredients, you create habit recipes that fit you.
We’ll guide you step by step with practical tips, clever tricks, and a listening ear via chat.
Based on behavioral science
The challenge was developed by behavior expert Emmalotte Smit, certified in the Tiny Habits method by Stanford professor BJ Fogg. This method shows that you don’t need to be a perfect person to stick to your good intentions. You just need to understand how habits work.
And that’s exactly what you’ll learn in this challenge.
How it works
You can follow the challenge on its own or as part of a broader program. For teams and organizations, we recommend starting with a training on the impact of micromoments. The #ActivateInclusion Card Game will help your team get started: which micromoments would suit you? Where is there room to grow?
The challenge kicks off with a short 10-minute e-learning on habit formation. After that, you choose which habit you want to work on, and we’ll guide you through it for six weeks, three times a week, in a low-key and practical way.
