Who the game is for

The game is suitable for anyone who values inclusion: teams, trainers, HR professionals, and leaders. Managers can use it to set priorities together. Or play it with your team to discover what you want to work on.

For a meaningful dialogue, it’s best played in groups of four. Working with a larger group? Use multiple card sets.

How the game works

We designed the card game to be flexible in use. How long you play depends on your goal, the time you have, and how deep you want to go with your team.

With fifteen minutes, the instruction sheet helps you gain initial insights and spot which micromoments stand out. If you have thirty minutes, you can use habit-building principles to decide together which micromoments are doable and impactful. Ready to really work on behavior? Take forty-five minutes. You’ll learn how to turn micromoments into sticky habits. All necessary instructions are included in every card set.

Practical information

You can use the card game on its own or as part of a broader program. Many teams use it to wrap up a training on micromoments, as a bridge between insight and action.
