Want to start the dialogue about inclusion in your team, but not sure how?

Through our #ActivateInclusion Playbook, we offer you themes and exercises that give you, as a leader, the tools to get started with your team, even if you don’t yet see yourself as an inclusion expert.

We designed the Playbook with you in mind. It provides the background you need to feel confident about the topics and to involve every colleague in the conversation. All exercises are created for team settings and encourage dialogue, exchange, and shared learning.

The Playbook gives you humor and icebreakers where possible, but also serves as a compass for the more serious and challenging conversations. In line with the ActivateInclusion theme, every exercise is designed to make a lasting impact in your team.

How it works

The Playbook is built around three key themes:
raising awareness, ensuring psychological safety, and fostering engagement.

Each exercise includes a short explanation of the “why,” along with bite-sized scientific insights you can share with your team. You’ll receive practical tips to prepare and guide the session. The exercises themselves are focused, explained step by step, with space to add your own touch.

You can use the Playbook on its own or as part of a broader program. It pairs well with many of our trainings and offers a natural next step for those ready to move from intention to action.

Example of an exercise segment on unconscious bias:

After watching the video, start the dialogue: Discuss how possible unconscious biases show up in our personal lives and at work. How do these biases manifest? What impact do they have on people and their decisions? What can we do together to address them?
